Our London office is looking to welcome a Sales and Lettings Negotiator/Lister to run a well‑established and respected Notting Hill agency, working with some of the area’s finest homes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
  • Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Every other Saturday
