Our London office is looking to welcome a Sales and Lettings Negotiator/Lister to run a well‑established and respected Notting Hill agency, working with some of the area’s finest homes.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Requirements
- Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and lettings.
- Worked in the Notting Hill and surrounding areas for 2+ years.
- Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Every other Saturday
- Additional pay: Commission pay
