As Michael Graham Estate Agents continues to extend its reach across the region, our Buckingham office is looking to welcome a Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
This role offers the chance to join a well-established and respected agency, working with some of the area’s finest homes.
We’re seeking someone driven, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Requirements
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years experience in sales and lettings.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
