The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architectural Technician to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in the design, technical development, coordination, and delivery of residential refurbishment projects including high-rise residential buildings.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of challenging projects, from complex refurbishment and regeneration schemes to large-scale residential developments.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Produce coordinated working drawing packages for planning, building regulations, tender, and construction stages.
Develop technical detailing solutions for residential refurbishment and high-rise residential projects.
