Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is an established, successful and prominent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing a comprehensive range of professional services to the social housing sector. With a salary up to £25,000 and based at our modern Head Office in Huddersfield, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Asset Management Team as a Surveying Technician to undertake a variety of challenging and 'hands on' surveying projects throughout the UK.
The role involves the inspection and assessment of residential properties, including Non-Traditional properties and high-rise blocks. This is an excellent opportunity to specialise in working with buildings of non-standard construction whilst working alongside Chartered Surveyors.
Qualities required for this role will include:
- Full, clean driving licence
- Studying on a construction related course (would consider applicants currently on day release) would be beneficial.
Due to the varied locations of projects, staying away overnight will be required on a regular basis. All hotel costs and expenses are covered, and an overnight allowance is paid for each overnight stay.
We actively encourage and fully support, both financially & professionally, continued professional development, priding ourselves on fully supporting our employees in achieving their career goals and ambitions.
