We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do and will consistently perform to the highest level, ensuring all Lympstone Manor standards are met. They will work as a team to provide the very best possible levels of customer service, providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the use of hotel reservation systems and in similar hotels is desirable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking evening, weekend, early and late shifts
- Being a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Handling all external and internal calls in the correct manner, ensuring that guest requests are met
- Handling guest reservations and bookings to the correct standard
- Ensuring knowledge of the hotel, clients and services are maintained at all times
