We are looking for a Reservationist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will need good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

You will be expected to provide your HOD with all the support they need and have a positive and flexible attitude towards your working environment.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
  • Handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard.
  • Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
  • Communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the Front office team to ensure a smooth, effective and courteous service at all times.

  • Previous experience in 5-star luxury hotels essential.
