We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our team. Working under the guidance of Michael Caines MBE, the ideal candidate will be creative and have drive to experiment with new ideas as well as working from an established repertoire.
What You’ll Be Doing
- A passion for food and an eye for detail
- Good cookery background and training, demonstrating a natural flair for pastry work
- Works well under pressure
- Good communication skills and teamwork together with a can-do attitude
- High standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene
Who We’re Looking For
- Preparation of and presentation of plated desserts
- To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department
- Making bread and patisserie work
- Working from an established repertoire with space for creative input
- To ensure that all food commodities are received and stored correctly

- You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
