We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and well-organised, with good communication skills and a clear understanding of business expectations. The role involves working shifts including weekends and evenings, requiring a positive and flexible attitude towards work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in ensuring good communication of information between the Front Office, reservations, and the housekeeping team.
- Clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel to the highest standard.
- Be responsible for the correct storage of all linen and manage sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company.
- Ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures.
- Handle all housekeeping orders/delivery notes in accordance with company procedures.
