Overview
Chef de Partie – Pool House Restaurant & Bar at Lympstone Manor, a 5* luxury resort between Exeter and Exmouth.
Location: Lympstone Manor, Courtlands Lane, Exmouth, EX8 3NZ
Salary: £34,000 + Tronc payment £7,500 per year
Hours: Full time, 48 hours per week across 5 days
Relationships: Kitchen team, Front of House team, Housekeeping team
Responsibilities:
- Work with fresh seasonal ingredients.
- Prepare dishes in a timely manner while maintaining high-end quality.
- Modify dishes to meet customer dietary requirements.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures relevant to the role and department.
- Contribute ideas for menu development in the bar and restaurant.
