We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. The kitchen is spacious and state of the art, providing a fabulous environment for passionate chefs looking to further their career. Previous experience is essential at this level, ideally at high rosette or Michelin level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to create and develop exciting quality seasonal menus whilst achieving agreed targets of profit, revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Be a point of contact between the kitchen and Management/food service team.
- Have a strong desire to learn and always push yourself to develop as a chef.
- Manage, train and pass on your knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
- Be fully aware of the Company’s Food Policy and Food Handlers responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations.
