Salary: Competitive salary plus generous service charge

Hours: Full time / Part time

Relationships: Reception, Front of House, Kitchen, Housekeeping

We are looking for a Day Porter to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do and will consistently perform to the highest level ensuring all Lympstone Manor standards are met. They will work as a team to provide the very best possible levels of customer service, providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels is desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing a concierge service to guests on request
  • Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required
  • Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking, cleaning and polishing of cars
  • Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage, shoe polishing and laundry services
