Role: Chef de Partie – Pool House Restaurant & Bar

Location: Lympstone Manor, 5‑star luxury resort between Exeter and Exmouth

Salary: £34,000 plus £7,500 per year Tronc payment

Hours: Full time, 48 hours per week over 5 days

Relationships: Kitchen team, Front of House team, Housekeeping team

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with fresh seasonal ingredients
  • Prepare dishes in a timely manner while maintaining high‑end quality
