Location: Lympstone Manor 5* Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth

Salary: £33,000 plus Tronc

Hours: Full time 48 hours over 5 days a week

Discover the role: We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our highly skilled kitchen brigade. As Breakfast Chef you will play a pivotal role in the guests dining experience taking the lead and delivering high quality breakfasts using fresh locally sourced produce. The ideal candidate should be reliable and have previous experience in a similar role at Michelin or high Rosette level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing all breakfasts to a high standard for our hotel guests
  • Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for breakfast and lunch
  • Ensuring stock within the business is managed to the agreed levels consistently and professionally, in conjunction with the Head Chef
  • Liaising closely with the breakfast supervisor to ensure a smooth breakfast service
  • Ensuring temperatures are taken in accordance with Food Policy
