Senior Recruitment Business Development Executive – Fully Remote, England – Permanent
(1 day a week required in Cheshire).
Our client, a privately owned Global Recruitment Consultancy, are looking for an experienced Recruiter to focus on solely Business Development for this niche privately owned consultancy. This exciting role has become available due to the organic growth of the business. You will have direct contact with the delivery function of the business and have hands on experienced recruiters to fulfil your clients project requirements.
A world leader in their specialist field, our client supports the worlds leading banks, insurers and fund managers delivering large and complex change programmes.

- Technology & Digital
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the owner of this fantastic consultancy and help grow the business to the next level!
Our client is a market leading, award winning consultancy in their Niche and boast fantastic tenure within their business. This is a mature environment where there are no PKI\’s and micro management. Work to your own financial targets and liaise directly with the owners and senior managers within the business. Working autonomously is key in this role.
To be considered you MUST have:
- Current Experience within a Recruitment Agency or talent consultancy background, (unfortunately we cannot consider those from In-house/Talent or HR recruitment roles).
- Extensive experience in business development within a recruitment environment. Ideally 4 years + experience within 360 recruitment or Business Development in a recruitment environment.
- Expertise within contract recruitment.
- Risk, Regulatory Change or Technology & Digital market experience.
