WE are looking for a Supplier Strategy Execution Consultant / Strategic Supplier Analyst – Energy Assets (m/f/d)
Project description: The new “Energy Asset Supplier Strategy” department aims to maximize the value of the Energy Assets through our strategic suppliers by way of contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and relationship management.
The department plans to set up a new structure, processes, and products to meet all customer requirements efficiently and cost-effectively, with a project duration until mid-2026 or latest end of 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current strategic supplier landscape in Energy Assets based on project requirements and professional experience.
- Assess top strategic suppliers, available contractual and additional documentation, and propose necessary amendments and a segmentation matrix.
- Document assessment results and prepare proposals for the Energy Asset Supplier Strategy department.
- Prepare for contract negotiations by gathering technical demand and negotiation strategies, including stakeholder feedback.
- Plan and organize strategic meetings with suppliers and senior leadership, including agenda and performance topics.
- Design, review, and maintain contract documents, ensuring compliance with client timelines and milestones.
- Analyze contract statuses, document deviations, and recommend measures for handling them.
- Create surveys to gauge service satisfaction, coordinate communication, and analyze results, documenting findings on the Sourcing Portal.
Represent the client professionally in external interactions, with all necessary information and system access provided in advance.
