Initial 6 Month contract with a potential extension
Hybrid / Reading
The purpose of the position is to drive the overall in-region people strategy by providing strategic advice and support on a broad range of employment lifecycle.
The HRBP will work closely with many teams, including the global HR answers team and other HR stakeholders such as TA, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits - offering detailed advice and solutions.
Skills required:
- UK Employment Law
- Experienced in Managing complex organisational change, could also include restructuring and TUPE
- Employee Relations experience
- Deep knowledge of HR processes
- Experience delivering internal people management training to line managers
