Projekthintergrund: Im Rahmen eines finanzweiten Transformationsprogramms soll die Planungs- und Steuerungsfähigkeit des Finanzbereichs zukunftsfähig ausgerichtet werden. Ziel ist es, Prozesse, Systeme und Strukturen so zu transformieren, dass sie den Anforderungen eines zunehmend volatilen und dynamischen Marktumfelds gerecht werden. Das Programm adressiert die Effizienz und die Effektivität der Prozesse und zielt darauf ab, die Entscheidungsqualität im Unternehmen zu verbessern und hiermit das Ergebnis positiv zu beeinflussen – und beinhaltet Forecasting, Steuerung und Performance Management, Datenmodellierung und die Einführung digitaler Tools.
Ziel:
- Beratung des Projektteams bei der Erreichung der Ziele im Projekt, insbesondere die Operationalisierung der geplanten Maßnahmen
- Enge Verzahnung und Abstimmung zwischen dem Projekt und den Stakeholdern
- Identifikationen von Potentialen zur Zielerreichung
- Vorbereitung und von Gremien
Tasks (unabhängige Lieferung):
- Inhaltliche Strukturierung, Planung und Steuerung des Programms gemeinsam mit dem Co-Lead in einer beratenden Funktion
- Inhaltliche Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und Stakeholder entlang strategischer, fachlicher, technischer und organisatorischer Linien
- Inhaltlicher Aufbau von Unterlagen und Strukturen für Fortschritts-, Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement im Rahmen eines Projekt-PMO
- Inhaltliche Vorbereitung und Zuarbeit im Vorfeld von Steuerungsmeetings, Reviews und Entscheidungsformaten (z.B. SteerCo, Streamlead-Runden)
- Konzeption, Strukturierung und Implementierung von Veränderungsmaßnahmen, Prozessen, Abläufen und Vorgehensweisen
- Beratung beim Stakeholdermanagement mit Fokus auf Transparenz, Klarheit und Entscheidungsreife
Skills:
- Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Transformations- oder ERP-Projekte, idealerweise im Finance-Umfeld
- Tiefes Verständnis von Controlling- und Performance-Management-Prozessen
- Hohe Methodenkompetenz in klassischer und agiler Projektsteuerung
- Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld sowie im Umgang mit Senior Stakeholdern
- Ausgeprägte analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Starke Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung, kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
