We are looking for a MES Strategic Program Planner (m/f/d).
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Volume: Fulltime
Location: Remote
Travel: 1-2 days/week onsite CH (Basel Area) / willingness to travel internationally.
Background: The aim of the program is to implement a global MES as a core system and to replace old MES systems in the process.
Focus: Strategic alignment, delivery methodology, integrated scheduling.
Tasks (independent delivery):
- Define and maintain the integrated program roadmap.
- Ensure alignment between workstreams and strategic priorities & quarterly objectives including resource allocation and management.
- Own methodology implementation (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
- Lead cross-stream planning, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.
- Provide executive reporting and status visibility (e.g., one-pagers, dashboards).
Skills: Ideal Candidate:
- E2E MES experience (ideally with Rockwell Pharmasuite).
- Experience in managing global complex IT transformation project.
- Experience within Pharma industry.
- Certified PM.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- German nice to have.
- English Must have.
