Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Test Engineer Elektrotechnik / Ladeinfrastruktur (m/w/d).
Der Auftraggeber beauftragt den Auftragnehmer mit der eigenständigen Erbringung von Test- und Serviceleistungen in den Bereichen Energiewirtschaft, Ladeinfrastruktur und Future Energy Home sowie Beratungsleistungen in diesen Bereichen. Das Projekt hat eine geplante Laufzeit über mehrere Jahre.
Der Gegenstand der Leistungen gliedert sich in 2 Bereiche:
- Prüfung und Testen von Systemen nach den jeweils in den CE-Deklarationen angegebenen Normen sowie gemäß den einschlägigen Vorgaben des europäischen Normrechts und der europäischen Produktsicherheit.
- Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Entstörungstickets in Bezug auf Systeme für interne und externe Kunden des Auftraggebers.
Aufgaben im Rahmen der o.g. Tätigkeiten der Bereiche 1 + 2 können insbesondere folgende Leistungen erbracht werden:
- Eigenständiges Durchführen von End-to-End-Tests an Ladegeräten und Systemen in unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsstufen (Prototyp bis Serie).
- Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Prüf- und Entwicklungsaufträgen.
- Schaffung der technischen Voraussetzungen für die Durchführung von Tests, einschließlich Konzeption, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Prüfständen sowie deren Anpassung an neue Testanforderungen.
- Analyse und Dokumentation der Testergebnisse sowie Ableitung von Optimierungs- und Umsetzungsmaßnahmen.
- Erstellung von Benchmarks und Marktvergleichen.
- Unterstützung des Auftraggebers durch fachliche Beratung zu Risiken, Chancen und zur Verwertung von Testergebnissen.
- Eigenständige Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Prüfmethoden und Testsysteme.
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Servicefällen, Analyse von Störungen sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Entstörung.
Der Auftragnehmer schuldet keine bestimmte technische Entwicklung oder ein konkretes Testergebnis, sondern die fachgerechte Durchführung der vereinbarten Leistungen nach den anerkannten Regeln der Technik, geltenden Normen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit als Prüftechniker in einer vergleichbaren Test- oder Prüfeinrichtung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Ingenieurwesen insbesondere Parametrieren entsprechend geltender Normen.
- Zertifizierte Elektrofachkraft.
- Erfahrung mit komplexen Fachthemen.
- Expertise in der Gewährleistung von Effizienz.
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich Funktionale Sicherheit.
- Kenntnisse in CAD (z.B. Catia) und in 3D-Druck.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
