Wir suchen derzeit einen Technischen Projektleiter (m/w/d) Großbatteriespeicher.
Standort: Essen (30% onsite / 70% remote)
Volumen: Vollzeit – ca. 261 LT
Projektsituation: Planung, Konzeption und bauliche Umsetzung von Großbatteriespeichern (BESS) inkl. zugehöriger Umspannanlagen. Integration der Anlagen in bestehende Netzinfrastrukturen. Einbindung in ein Gesamtprogramm mit mehreren parallellaufenden Teilprojekten. Hoher Abstimmungsbedarf zwischen internen Bereichen, externen Partnern, Netzbetreibern und Behörden.
Aufgaben (unabhängige Erfüllung):
- Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus Netzanschlusszusagen, Genehmigungen und vertraglichen Vorgaben.
- Analyse und strukturierte Übertragung dieser Anforderungen in technische und organisatorische Arbeitspakete.
- Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung des Terminplans.
- Begleitung des Projektfortschritts sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen potenzieller Abweichungen.
- Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements (Identifikation, Bewertung, Maßnahmenverfolgung).
- Fachübergreifende Koordination der beteiligten Subprozesse und Gewerke.
- Planung und Moderation projektbezogener Abstimmungsformate.
- Klärung technischer und organisatorischer Schnittstellenthemen mit internen Teams, Lieferanten, Baufirmen, Netzbetreibern und Behörden.
- Aufbau und Pflege einer Kommunikationsmatrix und kontinuierliche Information aller Stakeholder.
- Austausch mit externen Partnern zur Ermöglichung reibungsloser Abläufe.
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Lenkungskreisen.
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Statusberichten, KPI-Übersichten und Risikolisten.
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Programmleitung und konsolidierte Aufbereitung aller relevanten Projektinformationen.

- Ergebnisorientierte Leitung des Standortprojekts zur Realisierung eines Großbatteriespeichers inkl. Umspannwerk.
- Vollständige Umsetzung aller technischen, regulatorischen und organisatorischen Anforderungen bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.
