Since 1997 based in the Zuidas in Amsterdam, we operate globally and help leading companies find the right Finance & IT professionals. Your role:

  • Training: Begin with a training programme of one month to learn the ins and outs of the profession.
  • Business Development: Identify and recruit new clients through business development and account management.
  • Market Insight: Increase your knowledge of the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates during the application process.
  • Recruitment Process: Guide candidates and hiring managers during interviews and contract negotiations.
  • Deal Management: Take responsibility for closing deals with clients.
  • Market Analysis: Participate in weekly meetings to share your insights on trends in the job market in the finance or IT sector.

Who are you:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor degree or HBO work and thinking level.
  • Social Skills: We value humour. You enjoy helping people and communicating with them.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
  • Self-Motivation: Eager to learn and proactive.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Dutch and English.
