Standort: Bochum (3 Tage/Woche vor Ort), 2 Tage/Woche Remote
Profilanforderungen:
- Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer Projekte mit mehreren Teams
- Sicherer Umgang mit Reporting-Tools (Power BI), Visio und MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und diplomatisches Geschick im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Erfahrung in politisch geprägten Umfeldern und interdisziplinären Projekten
- Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung und Projektsteuerung
Projektaufgaben:
- Koordination von Terminen und Abstimmung zwischen 4 internen Teams im Bereich Bau
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei internen Prozessoptimierungen und Dokumentation
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten
- Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards (Power BI) sowie Prozessdiagrammen (Visio)
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings, inkl. ProtokollfĂĽhrung und Action-Tracking
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, inkl. diplomatischer Konfliktlösung
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Projektmeilensteinen
- Gerne ein wenig IT affin
Besonderheiten:
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz erforderlich
- Erfahrung in politisch sensiblen Projekten von Vorteil
