Position: HPC Ladeinfrastruktur Specialist (m/w/d)– Standortakquise

Start: Ende: Standort: 80% offsite/ 20% Essen Volume: 60 days Sprache: Deutsch / English (C1)

Hintergrund:

  • Grundsätzlich: Suchen und Finden von geeigneten HPC-Standorten sowie Aufbau von HPC-Ladeinfrastruktur für Kunden in Europa.
  • Spezifisch: Optimierung von Lead Times und technische (Sales-) Beratung im Rahmen von Akquise Tätigkeiten bei der Suche nach geeigneten Standorten für den Aufbau von HPC-Ladeinfrastruktur.

Aufgabenbeschreibung (unabhängige Umsetzung):

  • Fachliche Beratung der Location Manager und KAMs bei technischen Fragen hinsichtlich HPC-Ladeinfrastruktur im Zuge der Akquise Phase.
  • Ggf. Teilnahme an Pitch-Meetings mit Eigentümern, Location Managern und KAMs, um technische Themen diskutieren zu können.
  • Weiterentwicklung eines Tools zur Analyse von Lead-Times sowie die Implementierung in ein bestehendes CRM-Tool.
  • Entwicklung von spezifischen und länderbezogenen Maßnahmen, zur Reduzierung von Lead Times und Optimierung von Gesamtabläufen.
  • Erarbeitung eines Ansatzes um die Kundenanforderungen mit den lokalen Marktgegebenheiten in Europa abgleichen zu können.

Skills:

  • Kenntnisse der eMobility-Infrastruktur, Ladetechnologien und Branchentrends.
  • Vertrautheit mit der Entwicklung von Prozesskennzahlen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen.
  • Signifikante Erfahrung im Bereich Elektromobilität und technisches Verständnis.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, um zu Partnern und Standorten zu reisen.
