Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung von Mitarbeitenden eines großen Aufgabenbereiches im Sinne der Leadership Anchors.
  • Ansprechpartner in komplexen und besonders schwierigen Fragen mit ausgeprägter Entscheidungs- / Festlegungskompetenz.
  • Absatz- und Umsatzverantwortung.
  • Verantwortung für die Auswahl neuer Mitarbeitende, Organisation des Teams, Motivation, Schulungen, Weiterentwicklungen der Mitarbeitenden und Förderung von Talenten.
  • Kaskadierung der übergeordneten Vertriebsstrategie und -ziele im eigenen Bereich.
  • Entwicklung von Strategien und Grundsatzregelungen zum Aufgabengebiet.
  • Optimierung der Aufgabenbereiche anhand von Kennzahlen, Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz und Wahrnehmung des Budgets.
  • Vertretung der Arbeitsergebnisse gegenüber der übergeordneten Managementebene.
  • Mitwirkung in Projekten.
  • Verantwortung aller vertrieblichen Aktivitäten im Bereich IoT Akquise / Neugeschäft-Gewinnung für IoT Connectivity für globale Zielkunden mit Sitz in Deutschland (ausgenommen sind Automotive OEM Kunden).
  • Enge Verzahnung mit anderen Vertriebsbereichen sichern.
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Durchführung der Vertriebsstrategie für den Bereich IoT Sales Germany.

  • Exzellente Erfahrung hinsichtlich einer holistischen (ganzheitlichen) Sichtweise.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Budget- und Kostenmanagement.
  • Exzellente Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen, insbesondere in der Steuerung und Leitung von Großprojekten / Programmen.
  • Exzellente Erfahrung in der Leitung von strategischen / übergreifenden Projekten.
  • Hervorragende Erfahrungen im internationalen und interkulturellen Umfeld.
