Wir suchen derzeit einen Bauleiter/Bauüberwacher (Ftth /Glasfaser) (m/w/d).
Start: Ende: 30.4.26 Volumen: 108 Leistungstage Standort: Essen/ Mülheim an der Ruhr - Verteilung: Onsite: 80% /Offsite: 20%
Aufgaben:
- (Bauleitung und) Örtliche Bauüberwachung FTTH-Glasfaserausbau
- Durchführen der Baustellenkontrollen und Überwachen der örtlichen Bauleitung des Generalunternehmers (GU) bzw. Nachunternehmers (NU)
- Prüfen der Trassen- und Aufbruchsanträge (FTTH, Backbone) gemäß TKG
- Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung vor Ort und Überwachung der Dokumentation
- Qualitätssicherung Tiefbau und LWL-Montage im Bereich NE2 und NE3
- Überwachung der Tiefbauarbeiten sowie Einhaltung geltender Regeln und technischer Normen (bspw. ZTV A-StB 12)
- Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Einbaus und Kennzeichnung der Mikrorohrverbände (MRV)
- Überwachung des Baus der Schächte, NVts und PoPs sowie Einführung und Konnektierungen der Mikrorohre (MRV) gemäß mind. Radien und Schützen der Rohrenden mit Endkappen etc.
- Überwachen der LWL-Einblas- und Spleißarbeiten
- Feststellen der ordnungsgemäßen Wiederherstellung der öffentlichen Verkehrswege unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben der Kommunen sowie die Einhaltung der verkehrsrechtlichen Anordnungen (VAO)
- Überwachen der Asphaltarbeiten auf ausreichenden Rückschnitt, ordnungsgemäßer Einbau der Asphalttragschicht
- Überwachen der Aufbruch/Spülbohrarbeiten
- Durchführung der Abnahmen/Aufmaße und Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung, Tätigen der Gewährleistungsüberwachung
- Prüfung der Aufmaße und Rechnungen des Generalunternehmers (GU)
- Durchführung der Reportings und Sichtung der Bautagebücher
- Erörterung und Festlegung der tiefbaulichen Problemlösungen mit und ohne Einschaltung der öffentlichen und privaten Baulastträger
- Moderieren und Koordinieren bei tiefbaulichen Entscheidungen.
- Überprüfen der Ausführung und Dokumentation im GIS und im EDV
Skills:
- Abschluss als Meister/Techniker oder in einem elektrotechnischen oder nachrichtentechnischen Ausbildungsberuf oder alternativ gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Fachgebiet der Netzplanung
- Weitreichende FTTx-Netzkenntnisse und tiefgehende Erfahrungen in der Planung und im Bau von Breitbandnetzen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen auf der Baustelle
- Getroffene Entscheidungen transparent an die internen Projektteams kommunizieren
- Eigeninitiative bei der Bearbeitung von komplexen Aufgaben
- Aufgaben stets gewissenhaft und zuverlässig abarbeiten
- Sicher im Umgang mit den eingesetzten Microsoft Office Programmen (Word, Excel, Teams) sowie idealerweise SAP-PM, GISmobil und cablescout
- Achtsamer Umgang mit Kolleg*innen auch unter Zeitdruck
- HSE: gefährlichen Situationen wahrnehmen und Verbesserungen für die Zukunft ableiten und aktiv begleiten
