Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Berlin suchen wir einen erfahrenen Accountant / Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in SAP FICO und sicherer Anwendung des deutschen Rechnungswesens (HGB). Gesucht wird keine IT-Rolle, sondern eine klassische Finance- und Accounting-Position mit hoher Verantwortung, regulatorischem Fokus und langfristiger Perspektive.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung nach deutschem Recht (HGB)
- Arbeiten mit SAP FICO (Hauptbuch, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung)
- Verarbeitung und Kontrolle von hohen Buchungsvolumina (Massendaten)
- Sicherstellung der Compliance mit deutschen gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Behörden und internen Finance-Stakeholdern
- Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Sparringspartner für Finance und angrenzende Fachbereiche
- Mitarbeit bei Themen rund um Sales- und Lagerbuchhaltung (von Vorteil)
- Einarbeitung in SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) sowie angrenzende Prozesse wie Procurement und Warehouse (Training wird angeboten)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Finanzen / Rechnungswesen / Buchhaltung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 8–12 Jahre) im Accounting
- Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit SAP FICO (Anwendung, kein Customizing)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Rechnungswesen (HGB)
- Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern und im Umgang mit Prüfern
- Sicherer Umgang mit großen Datenmengen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2 / Muttersprache) zwingend erforderlich
- Wohnort Berlin oder gut erreichbares Umland (max. 1–2 Stunden Anfahrt)
