Tax Director

Associate Tax Director – International Tax Audit, Planning and Project 2-3 days a week in the office in either Reading or London Responsibilities include: Leading and managing all the tax planning activities, restructuring and tax projects in countries such as UK, Ireland, Australia, Netherlands, Singapore and Germany. Advising on all the merger and acquisition activities Managing, progressing and resolving all the tax audits and litigations in countries Managing and overseeing the entire compliance program lifecycle, corporate tax return, meeting with the relevant Tax Authorities, performing various tax reviews and relationship management; Coordinating with other Associate Tax Directors and Senior Directors as necessary to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all international tax processes. Streamlining and optimizing tax processes through the use of various digital finance tools, including AI, Alteryx, Qlik and other technologies. Lead a team of tax professionals (around 2 people) You'll need to have: 10+ years of Tax experience - ideally in the UK but other countries is a bonus 10+ years of relevant work experience in the income taxes field. Strong working knowledge of corporate income taxes. Experience leading a team would be a bonus Even better if you have: A CPA, CTA, Masters of Tax or Masters of Accounting. Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and SAP. Solid data management and automation skills required; experience with Alteryx is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
