The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Under the guidance of the General Manager, will assist with all recruiting efforts, while adhering to NCAA, Mid-American Conference, University and departmental rules and regulations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Player Personnel to obtain information on prospective student-athletes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with coaches and individuals associated with prospective student-athletes.
  • Help implement recruiting and communication plans for prospective student-athletes.
  • Help maintain the football recruiting databases (ARMS/Teamworks, Catapult, Zcruit, Whistle) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating official and unofficial visits to campus (itineraries, hosts, name tags, seating charts, compliance paperwork, complimentary tickets, etc.) and scouting visits.
  • Assist the Director of Football Operations with other administrative duties associated with practice, competition, and football related events and projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree by hire date.
  • Previous experience with an intercollegiate athletic program (in any capacity).
  • Proficient in the use of social media for communication and recruiting plans.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and travel out of town.
  • Knowledge of ARMS, Catapult, DVSport, Hudl, Whistle, PFF, and Zcruit.
  • Strong working knowledge of all NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting bylaws.
  • Must possess the ability to meet project deadlines and work under time constraint and pressure.
  • Possess outstanding customer service and community relations skills and the ability to communicate (verbally and written) and work effectively with a wide range of constituents.
  • Technical football knowledge including terminology, schemes, and procedures that are used in football.
