Plan, manage, and oversee residential construction and refurbishment project from start to completion. Discuss project requirement with client and ensure client need and expectation are fully understood and achieved. Prepare project schedule, monitor progress, and ensure each project is completed within agreed timeline and budget. Brief project team, contractor, and supplier on project objective, timeline, and performance expectation. Ensure all construction activity complies with health and safety regulation, building standard, and company policy. Identify, assess, and resolve project issue and risk to minimise delay and ensure continuous workflow. Prepare report, progress update, and project documentation for senior management and client review.
