Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale

An opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join a Stockport based electrical wholesaler in both an office-based position and a customer-facing Trade Counter role.

The Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Trade Counter will make outbound B2B telesales calls to businesses while managing accounts and establishing long-lasting relationships with existing customers. Additionally, the role includes serving customers on the trade floor and liaising with warehouse workers. The new starter may also be asked to complete deliveries from time to time. The appropriate candidate should be willing to assist in all areas, as this is a common expectation for such roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound telesales calls
  • Manage accounts and build relationships with customers
  • Serve customers on the trade floor
  • Assist with deliveries when necessary

Requirements:

  • Outbound telesales experience
  • Experience selling to decision makers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working for an electrical wholesaler
  • Trade counter experience
  • Driving licence essential

The Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Trade Counter salary is circa £28k-£35k depending on experience, plus commission, profit share, and other bonuses.

Working hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the potential for Saturday mornings as overtime.
