What You’ll Do
- Operate and support powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components
- Prepare materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection
- Ensure finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards
- Support production goals including On‑Time Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency
- Follow standard work instructions and work orders accurately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe powder coat and work area
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or industrial finishing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills, including fractions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team
