MITER Brands is seeking a Supervisor in Training to support our Internal Supply Tacoma Plants, including Vinyl and Pultrusion operations. You will participate in a leadership development program (6–18 months) designed to prepare you for a future Supervisor role, with exposure to Production, Quality, Tooling, Safety, Maintenance, and HR.
Candidates must be flexible with shifts and schedules, as coverage is needed across days, evenings, weekends, and other departments.
