Head of Customer Services (Pensions) - Liverpool

This specialist international pensions firm is currently seeking an experienced Head of Customer Services to work out of their offices in Liverpool.

In this role you will manage several teams that provide operational administration and customer service for the firm. The role is part of the executive team and will involve contributing to firms ongoing strategy for the operational teams, cost control, 2nd line management, ensuring service standards, control and oversight.

Ideally you will hold professional qualifications within regulated financial services, have experience managing and developing teams and have pensions knowledge.

Basic salary to £75k, bonus and benefits.
