Working alongside Agent Factory, technical colleagues and business stakeholders, you will turn defined requirements into reliable agent solutions, create reusable technical capabilities and improve deployed agents through rapid iteration.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on agent delivery rather than organisational change management or team leadership.

This is an initial six-month fixed‑term contract opportunity, with the potential for extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.

  • Configure and maintain Open Claw environments and develop Hermes-based workflows.
  • Build and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
  • Integrate agents with Salesforce, Share Point, Microsoft 365 and approved internal systems.
  • Automation & Workflow Engineering
  • Develop automations that remove manual effort from operational processes.
  • Build secure integrations between internal platforms and approved AI services.
  • Improve agent reliability, performance and accuracy.
  • Design technical components that can scale across multiple departments.
  • Testing, Security & Quality Assurance
  • Test agents against real business scenarios and defined acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose failure points and implement improvements.
  • Ensure solutions operate within WWE security, governance and data-access requirements.
  • Document architecture, dependencies, functionality and support requirements.
  • Reusable Capability Library
  • Build reusable components that can be shared across the organisation.
  • Create and maintain a catalogue of agent skills and integrations.
  • Contribute to Agent Factory engineering standards and best practices.
  • Support the development of orchestration agents and the wider AI harness.

Due to the nature of our work, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard hours to support events or meet key deadlines
