Continued organic growth is such that we have 3 x full-time remote positions for Senior Liability Adjusters (North East, North West and London). Responsibilities include:

  • Handling claims efficiently
  • Determining liability and policy coverage
  • Assessing property damage or other relevant factors
  • Managing and resolving complex insurance claims
  • Liaising with insurers and clients
  • Producing detailed reports
  • Ensuring accurate, timely communication and working towards achieving positive outcomes
  • Collaboration with teams and maintaining client-focused service standards

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management
  • Experience in Insurance and Insurance Claims processes
  • Knowledge of Property Damage investigations and assessments
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with handling liability claims or expertise in the insurance sector is highly advantageous
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Insurance, Risk Management, or related fields are preferred
