As we continue to expand our UK presence, we are seeking a driven and technically capable RF Sales Engineer to join our team.
Role Overview
The RF Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across the UK market. This role blends technical understanding with commercial acumen, requiring someone who can engage confidently with engineers, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales of RF components and subsystems across the UK.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with represented manufacturers to support customer requirements.
- Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and market insights for internal stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, customer visits, and technical meetings as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RF sales, business development, or technical account management within the UK market.
- HND or degree in Electronics, Communications, Physics or related area.
- Strong understanding of RF technologies, components, and system-level applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
- Due to the nature of the role must be a British Citizen or Permanent UK Resident.
