As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our Liverpool City Centre office and provide essential support to our mortgage advisers and clients. This role is suited to an organised, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service, with the ambition to progress their career within mortgage advice.

The Role

You will support the mortgage advice process from initial enquiry through to completion, including:

  • Supporting advisers across all stages of the mortgage application process
  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking mortgage applications
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to progress cases
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in line with FCA requirements
  • Monitoring case progress, chasing outstanding information, and resolving queries
  • Providing clear, professional communication to clients and internal teams
  • Ensuring cases remain organised, compliant, and on track at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous administration or financial services experience is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy office environment

  • Comfortable using internal systems and Microsoft Office
