As part of the Business Transformation team, you'll work with colleagues across the business to ensure that our large-scale technology solutions and upgrades are delivered successfully, maximising the benefit to the business by delivery to time and quality. You're here to contribute project planning and management expertise, to keep projects on track and the business informed.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of some of our large-scale transformation projects.
- Managing the project scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources required for successful delivery.
- Working with the business to define project goals, requirements and success criteria.
- Working with vendors to ensure they are delivering to specification.
About You
You will have experience of working in a similar role with the following skills and experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience of successful project management delivery and understanding of best practice.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time with a documented approach.
- Confident in communicating with non-technical stakeholders, asking the right questions to uncover both the "what" and the "why" of business needs.
- A collaborative approach – great with colleagues and external partners alike.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to juggle priorities effectively.
- A passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting upgrades/implementation projects in a housing-related environment.
- Formal qualification in project management e.g. PRINCE2, PMP.
