Shifts Available

  • Waking nights: 6:30 pm-8 am or 10 pm-8 am

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends
  • Be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren't on site
  • Manage the building overnight and at weekends, ensuring customers are signed in/out, and enquiries are handled professionally
  • Monitor CCTV and complete building checks, including hourly patrols of the building and grounds, and report any issues to the Health and Safety manager and Scheme manager
  • Be available for training
