Ready to make a real difference in our communities? We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Caretaker to keep our estates clean, safe and welcoming. In this varied role, you’ll deliver high‑quality cleaning and grounds maintenance, support with minor repairs, tackle environmental issues, and be a friendly, reliable presence for our customers. You’ll work closely with our Assistant Delivery Managers and wider teams to help us deliver great service every day.
What you’ll do:
- Keep internal and external communal areas clean, tidy and well‑maintained
- Support with issues like fly‑tipping, abandoned vehicles and low‑level vandalism
- Carry out inspections and report repairs using a smart phone
- Manage waste areas, rotate bins and maintain refuse chutes
- Litter pick, clear drains, remove graffiti and keep play areas safe
- Support partner agencies and take part in estate walkabouts
- Be part of the weekend resilience rota
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in caretaking or a similar practical role
