We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink team in the Safety and Surveillance group. This is a full-time opportunity, on an 18-month fixed-term contract based in 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU. The role can only be worked in the United Kingdom. The position requires a minimum of 8 days per month onsite, with up to 12 days depending on business needs. Remaining time may be worked remotely.

The Operations Coordinator supports a range of CPRD business activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the enquiries helpdesk
  • Liaising with external clients
  • Compiling reports
  • Supporting HR and staff recruitment
  • Managing data release and retention schedules
  • Secretariat support for meetings
  • A wide variety of administrative duties

The role is based within the Business Management team and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, an excellent communicator with strong written, numeracy and verbal skills.

  • Educated to A Level including English and Maths or relevant professional experience

  • Good writing and numeracy skills, including experience preparing information for business reports
