We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Function within the Corporate group. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London. The role sits within the newly established MHRA Academy team, which sets standards for MHRA Regulatory training and accreditation. Reporting to the Academy Lead, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive learning and development operational and business support to ensure all projects related to the design, implementation and delivery of the Academy curriculum and products are delivered on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Project planning and coordination – develop and maintain project plans, track deliverables, manage stakeholders and prioritise actions to coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of curriculum content.
- Learning Management System support – work with the Curriculum Manager to optimise LMS functionality, collate, analyse and report learning and performance data, and produce dashboards for continuous improvement.
- Communications and knowledge management – draft and disseminate internal newsletters, updates and campaign material; oversee content updates and knowledge sharing on internal platforms.
- Stakeholder engagement – act as the central coordination point for internal and external Academy stakeholders, preparing audience‑tailored presentations, briefings and meeting packs.
