Your Impact

You’ll directly influence key product initiatives, owning the design and delivery of complex front‑end features and shaping technical direction. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll align solutions to business goals while using AI‑assisted tooling to improve delivery. You’ll also mentor engineers, helping to elevate team performance. You’ll act as a trusted technical voice, balancing long‑term vision with delivery excellence.

What You’ll Bring To The Role and MHR

• Strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with advanced programming, testing, and debugging skills
• Good understanding of architecture, security, deployment, and distributed systems (back‑end exposure beneficial)
• Proven experience delivering complex systems and managing dependencies and risks
• Commitment to code quality, test‑driven development, and continuous improvement, including use of AI‑assisted tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with mentoring experience and a focus on accessibility and customer value
