As MHR’s Search Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering our search strategy. You will focus on driving visibility, increasing quality traffic, and boosting conversions across both SEO and AI-driven search. With a strong mix of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and analytical skills, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital performance while building your career in a forward-thinking, data-driven environment.
You’ll be part of the Brand Team within the wider Marketing Department, working closely with colleagues in content, advertising, website, campaigns, product marketing, and data. Collaboration will be central to your success, ensuring that organic and paid search strategies are aligned and that our digital presence supports wider business objectives. You’ll also manage relationships with agencies, platforms, and technology partners, sharing insights and keeping the team ahead of industry trends.
Your impact will be measured by increased online visibility, stronger search rankings, and improved lead generation and ROI. You’ll use data and insight to continually optimise performance, provide clear reporting to stakeholders, and guide decision making across the business.
