Our internal recruitment team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage hiring for a dedicated business area within MHR. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build effective attraction strategies, and deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment process.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, and can work both autonomously and collaboratively. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, sound judgment in candidate assessment, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engagement.

Step into a role where you can shape how talent joins and grows within MHR. As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring journey, designing attraction strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless, professional recruitment process.

You’ll bring creativity and commercial thinking to how we find and engage people, exploring innovative sourcing approaches, leveraging social platforms, and proactively building talent pools that support both current hiring needs and future growth. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-moving environment where autonomy, initiative, and fresh thinking are valued.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted partner who understands their needs and helps them secure the right talent. From briefing roles and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers, you’ll guide managers through every stage of the process with confidence and expertise.

You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to strengthen employer brand presence, organise recruitment events, and ensure our hiring approach remains competitive, insight-driven, and aligned to market trends.

Your work will directly influence how we attract, engage, and secure the talent that drives our success. By building effective sourcing strategies, mapping external markets, and providing recruitment insights, you’ll help the business make informed hiring decisions and stay ahead in competitive talent landscapes.

You’ll deliver a smooth and well-managed recruitment experience through our ATS, ensuring clear communication with candidates from initial contact through to offer and onboarding. Your focus on efficiency, professionalism, and candidate care will help position the organisation as an employer of choice.

Alongside the opportunity to work with an incredible team and express your individuality, we offer a range of personalised benefits including:

  • Access to over 60 internal training courses, professional qualifications, and cross-departmental mentoring and coaching programs
  • 24/7 access to a GP through Help at Hand for you and your family, confidential mental health support, and paid sick leave
  • Ability to purchase or sell additional holiday days beyond 25 days and bank holidays
  • Enhanced Family leave
  • My MHRewards offering discounts at over 900 retailers
  • Monthly employee recognition program and departmental awards
  • Referral bonus scheme of up to £2,000
  • Employee-led social events such as running clubs, football teams, book clubs, and bake-offs
  • On-site subsidised restaurants offering a variety of fresh meals daily
  • Opt-in benefits schemes such as private medical insurance and dental coverage

We value the well-being, financial stability, and inclusivity of our employees, and strive to provide a supportive working environment. At MHR, we’re completely committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where all voices are heard, and everyone feels valued and supported. Whatever your background, abilities and experiences, if you’re excited by this role we want to hear from you. If you require assistance for an interview, please let us know and we’ll make sure your needs are met when you arrive.

If we receive an exceptionally high volume of applications, we reserve the right to close this vacancy earlier than originally advertised.
