As a Product Manager for iTrent, you will be accountable for defining, owning and communicating a compelling product vision that translates market insight, customer needs and technical innovation into clear commercial value. You will research, validate and prioritise the product backlog, shaping the roadmap and ensuring delivery aligns to strategic objectives. Drawing on strong business analysis, organisational and leadership skills, you will work within an Agile/DSDM environment to guide products from concept to launch, evaluate their effectiveness and ROI, and continuously evolve the proposition in response to emerging HR, payroll, legislative and global market trends.

Your Team: You will sit within the Product Design function while operating across the wider business, collaborating closely with Product, Planning, Design, Research, Marketing, Sales and Service teams. You will lead backlog refinement and prioritisation with the Product team, foster knowledge sharing and cross-functional alignment, and ensure solutions are integrated, market-ready and clearly understood. You will also work with Product Marketing Managers, partners and early adopters to gather feedback, shape go-to-market activity and ensure successful promotion, enablement and sales readiness.

Your Impact: You will act as the central point of accountability for turning insight into execution, ensuring iTrent delivers high-quality, fit-for-purpose features that meet customer and business needs. Through clear communication of vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, expert presentation, and close oversight of requirements, acceptance criteria and delivery, you will ensure products are delivered on plan and to standard. Your work will directly influence product adoption, customer satisfaction and commercial performance by ensuring every feature is valuable, well-supported and aligned to long-term strategy.
