As a Procurement and Supplier Manager at MHR, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape a brand‑new, centralised procurement function that will have a lasting impact across the business. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll influence how the organisation manages supplier relationships, drives value from commercial partnerships, and delivers greater efficiency through smarter procurement practices.

Your Team

You’ll work alongside Directors, Chief Officers, and leaders across every area of the business, building strong relationships and embedding procurement as a strategic function. As the procurement capability grows, you’ll have the opportunity to shape its future structure, develop talent, and foster a collaborative, commercially focused approach that supports the wider organisation.
