MHR is seeking a People Director to shape our people strategy as we scale a leading HR, payroll and finance platform.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and drive leadership capability, organisational design and change across the business.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, spearhead talent development, succession planning and workforce strategy, and embed data-driven decision making and digital transformation across the People function.
