Your Team

You’ll be part of a collaborative Managed Services onboarding function, working closely with Professional Services, Operations, Payroll & Compliance specialists, and Service Delivery teams to ensure new customers and service upgrades transition smoothly into BAU support. You’ll play a key role in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and ready for successful service delivery. Through strong communication and professionalism, you’ll help create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues throughout the onboarding journey.

Your Career

This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in service onboarding, operational readiness, and service transition within a Managed Services environment. You’ll take ownership of onboarding activities from readiness assessments through to go-live, ensuring services are configured correctly, validated, documented, and prepared for operational delivery. You’ll build experience in governance, risk management, and change control processes while working with a variety of stakeholders across implementation, operations, and compliance teams. As you grow in the role, you’ll strengthen your understanding of payroll, pensions, service management, and customer onboarding, becoming a trusted contributor to successful service introductions and upgrades.

Your Impact

Your work will directly influence the success of customer onboarding and service transition activities. By ensuring readiness assessments are completed, risks are identified and managed, and handovers are fully documented, you’ll help deliver smooth, controlled transitions into Managed Services. You’ll play an important role in maintaining service quality and compliance by following established governance frameworks and ensuring onboarding activities meet operational and audit standards. Through your contributions to continuous improvement, process standardisation, and feedback-driven enhancements, you’ll help create a more efficient, scalable, and consistent onboarding experience for customers and operational teams alike.
